COVID-19 Update

20th January 2021

We continue to follow the latest Victorian Government guidelines regarding the management of COVID-19 across the Estate including the latest COVIDSafe Summer restrictions, details of which are available on the DHHS website HERE

As the situation continues to change regularly we ask our guests to carry a face mask at all times, as they may be required in situations where social distancing is not possible.

Record keeping continues to be an important tool for helping Victoria to stay safe and stay open and we kindly ask our guests to electronically register their details each time they visit The Muse, The Provedore or the Cellar Door for contact tracing purposes. Details will be kept for a maximum of 28 days after which time they will be safely destroyed to ensure your privacy.

Restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs can open for seated and unseated service and the one per person per two square metre rule should be followed to ensure that customers have enough room to keep 1.5 metres between themselves and others. There are no other limits on the number of customers. Venues can have up to 25 people before the two square metre rule needs to be applied.

As we all ride through these challenging times; we ask you to continue to support the Victorian hospitality and tourism industry by making informed decisions. We ask you to also consider supporting us here at Mitchelton through visitation to our beautiful estate or by shopping our range of regional wines online HERE.
