The steaks have been raised

Every Thursday night, Executive Chef Dan Hawkins and his team showcase some of the best beef cuts from our local region.

At $25 for a grass-fed sirloin and $50 for a 700g rib eye on the bone (plus a side of hand-cut chips and a home-made béarnaise) it’s rare to find an excuse this perfect to support our fine local farmers and avoid the washing up.
