Handcrafting a collection of fruit-forward varieties, the contemporary Preece wines herald an exciting new era of wine and viticultural exploration from this iconic Victorian winery.

Tasting Note:

This is a fresh, vibrant and flavoursome chardonnay, showing tropical fruits and zesty acid. This wine is made for early consumption but will evolve for 2-5 years. Try with fresh Flathead fillets or a vegan potato salad with fresh herbs.
