Tasting Note: Straw with pale green highlights. The nose offers up an abundance of pear, citrus flower, Feijoa, wildflower honey and lifted jasmine notes. The palate displays intense flavours of Nashi pear, green apple, Feijoa and ginger spice interwoven. The entry on the palate is refreshing and lively before opening with bright apple acidity and subtle texture. These layers of complexity are balanced by a crisp persistent finish.
