Each Tuesday night Mitchelton transports you to Tuscany, where fresh pasta and matching varietal wines reign supreme. Executive Chef Dan Hawkins, and resident Romeo, Marco Faraone create an evolving list of fresh pasta specials based on the seasonal spoils from the Mitchelton garden and local producers.
