Colour: Deep red. Nose: Rich aromas showing dark plum and black currant complemented by soft vanilla oak notes giving depth and complexity. Palate: A luscious full palate balances dark fruit and oak flavours with soft, structural tannins. Displaying richness and power, the full bodied wine is a great example of what the Heathcote Region can achieve. This Shiraz will pair wonderfully with BBQ and red meat dishes or as a stand alone wine.
