2019 The Bend Sauvignon Blanc

WINE PROFILE

Water doesn’t flow naturally in a straight line. It meanders and sways following the topography of the land. Mitchelton resides on one such curve. A place affectionately dubbed: The Bend. An idyllic spot where people congregate to eat, drink and play. Where rushing is a foreign concept, and the day takes you where it will.

Whether on our ground or your own, there’s always a time and a place for The Bend.

Tasting Note: Pale lemon like colour with a glimmer of green around the edges. Intense passionfruit aromas jump out of the glass along with hints of lime, green apple and gooseberry. Reflective of the nose, concentrated flavours of passionfruit, green apple and lime engage the mouth subtlety underpinned by a crunchy acid tension and shades of fresh cut grass. Dry, crisp and invigorating with a long and persistent aftertaste.
