TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow in colour. Subtle aromas of lime and stone fruit, with complex secondary winemaking artifact notes of breoche. The palate is well balanced and is surprisingly full bodied with a round viscous mid-palate. There is a fine and complex texturered phenolic structure. The rich palate finishes with a green apple freshness. A complex and interesting wine.
